Reeds N Stuff Travel Mandrel for English Horn

The Travel Mandrel will accept all oboe family reeds, and is the perfect companion for your travels. The lack of a longer mandrel will also make getting through airport security with this tool much easier.

The mandrel portion for this travel mandrel is based upon Reeds N Stuff's universal mandrel design for the profiling machine. It will hold reeds for oboe, english horn, Viennese oboe, baroque oboe, d'amore and more.

The handle and mandrel are intentionally short to take up as little space as possible in your tool bag, and to make travelling easier. Plus, due to its shape it can be used with a wide variety of staples. This means you do not have to find just the right mandrel to match your staples, especially if you are trying out new or different staples.
