MusEcho Infinity Knife

The Infinity Knife is a new knife concept by MusEcho that features a removable Japanese steel blade edge. Once the blade is no longer sharp, it can be removed and replaced with a new blade edge, virtually eliminating the need to sharpen the edge with a stone as one would with a traditional knife. Removable blades are held securely in place by a twisting locking mechanism built into the handle. 

Each MusEcho Infinity Knife includes:

• knife handle and blade holder
  
• one installed knife blade 
• a magnetic knife sheath that facilitates removal and placement of knife blades
  
• one pack of 10 replacement knife blades in a case
