Carolyn Hove English Horn Masterclass

RDG Woodwinds is delighted to present an English horn masterclass with Carolyn Hove, who has held the solo English horn chair of the Los Angeles Philharmonic since 1988.  Ms. Hove is known for her beautiful and expressive playing, her expansion of the English horn repertoire through many commissions and premieres, and her excellent teaching.  She will begin the masterclass with a performance of music by Maurice Ravel and Alyssa Morris.  Following her performance, Ms. Hove will coach five performers on excerpts chosen from the English horn orchestral repertoire.  Please join us for what's sure to be a wonderful event!
