Minimizing COVID-19 health risk

RDG Woodwinds is committed to the needs of the double reed and clarinet communities. We take our customers' and employees' health and safety very seriously. We are continuing to fulfill all online and phone orders during our regular hours while following current COVID-19 health safety guidelines.

Curbside pickup and drop off: At this time, we are not allowing visitors inside of our store. However, we are offering curbside pickup and drop off services for retail purchases and instrument repair appointments. Please contact us for all pick ups and drop offs by phone or email. 
 
Instrument repairs:   Repairs are available by appointment, and all appointments are available for booking online through each technician, directly. Click here to view our repair page and for scheduling.

Instrument trials: Trials are available for new and used instruments. We thoroughly clean and wipe down each instrument before and after instruments are tried. Our trial period has been extended to 7 days during this time. We are now scheduling trials farther apart so we have sufficient time to prepare and clean each instrument. 

Accessory trials: Trials for bocals, ligatures, barrels, and mouthpieces are available.  All trial accessory items are thoroughly cleaned and require a duration of no less than 7 days in between trials to allow thorough cleaning and preparation.  During this time, we have extended our accessory trials to a 7 day duration and allow a total of 4 items to be included in each trial (subject to item availability).

We are reachable during modified hours:
Monday through Friday, 12pm - 6pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
